LegalFab Ltd

LegalFab is committed to ethical, responsible, and transparent business practices. We maintain a zero tolerance approach to modern slavery, human trafficking, forced labour, child labour, and exploitation in any form. This commitment reflects the standards set out in the LegalFab Code of Conduct and our Supplier Code of Conduct.

LegalFab is a UK based software company with a simple, low risk supply chain consisting primarily of cloud infrastructure providers, software development platforms, and standard IT equipment suppliers. We expect all suppliers and third party vendors to comply with applicable labour, human rights, and environmental laws, including the Modern Slavery Act 2015, the Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974, and relevant anti bribery and data protection legislation.

Suppliers must adhere to LegalFab’s minimum standards, including:

  • Prohibition of forced, bonded, or child labour
  • Fair wages, lawful working hours, and safe working conditions
  • Non-discrimination and respect for equality and inclusion
  • Adequate procedures to prevent bribery and the facilitation of tax evasion
  • Compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018
  • Access to whistleblowing mechanisms without fear of retaliation

Given the nature of our operations and supply chain, we assess the risk of modern slavery within our business as low. We review our suppliers, internal practices, and policies annually and expect suppliers to maintain appropriate oversight of their own subcontractors.

This statement is made pursuant to section 54 of the UK Modern Slavery Act 2015 and has been approved by the Director of LegalFab Ltd.
